沿用祖传配方，用优质黄豆酿制而成。经过最少180天的天然发酵所抽取出的第一道酱油豆香比较浓郁、味道也浓醇，咸甜适宜。很适合用来蒸鱼、卤肉、煮酱油鸡或直接蘸来吃原汁原味。加几滴在粥或生熟蛋也很鲜。​​​​​​​
