Country Sourdough. We use only unbleached bread flour, whole grain flour, Rye starter, salt and water. Pure sourdough bread and freshly baked everyday.
*sourdough  酸種麵包/ 酸麵團麵包),是一種自然發酵的麵包,就是說它沒有使用一般商業化的酵母來發酵。 什麽是天然發酵? 就是单纯的全麦麵粉和水混合而成的,它是用空气里的天然發酵劑來幫忙發酵。 這讓酸面團中產生一種非常好的麦香味而帶有嚼勁的口感。

 Ingredients: Rye starter, unbleached flour, wholegrain flour, salt and water 
 No preservative, no additives 
 Nature sourdough bread, fermentation in 3 days 
 Keep in freezer can last 2-3 month 
 Room temperature last 2-3 days 
 Reheat : 
 Oven 180c 2-3 min 
 Steam after water boiled, steam 2 my. 
 Air fryer 200c 2-3 min
