Recommended using the pads with your breast pump to encourage milk let-down and reduce time spent pumping!

USAGE INSTRUCTION:

 

1. COLD THERAPY

✅ Keep in freezer for at least 1 hour before use

✅ Place pads (without cases) inside a bowl of cold water

Recommended for Freezer:

1. Freeze for 1 hour without cover

 

2. HOT THERAPY

✅ Heat in hot water for 10 minutes

✅ Heat in Microwave with the cloth cases

Recommended watt for MICROWAVE (with cover):

1. Reheat function / 1000 watt > 3-5 seconds

*If not hot can add another 3-5 seconds*

 

Recommended for boiled water (without cover):

1. soak in boiled water > 5-10 minutes
