Why did my order get rejected?
All orders are subjected to credit assessment and approval process in the sole and absolute discretion of Khind. Reasons of rejection could be often times because of low credit score, potential fraud, bankruptcy.
Can I terminate or cancel my subscription plan and return the appliance?
Yes, you may terminate/cancel your subscription plan within the first 30-days upon receiving the appliance. No termination/cancellation is allowed after the 30-days return guarantee period.
Can I use debit card to make my payment?
Yes, for this Rent-to-Own model, we accept credit card or debit card.
How do I make payments?
Upon confirmation of order, you will be charged one month of payment and subsequent payments will be charged on the first day of the month until you complete the tenure of your subscription plan.
Scenario: Customer places an order on the 1st August 2022 and pays RM375 (RM125 + RM250 Processing Fee) upfront for the first month of payment. Upon delivery of the product, the subscription is confirmed and the customer will be automatically charged RM125 on the 1st September 2022 and subsequently the 1st of every month for the next 35 months.
What happens once I have finished paying my rental plan? Do I have to return the product?
Upon full and prompt rental payment based on your subscription plan, the ownership of the appliance will be automatically transferred to the customer at no additional charge.
How do I update/change my payment details ie change of credit card or debit card information?
Kindly logon to your payment account in Subplace (https://subplace.com/member/my_card) if you wish to update your payment details.
How will delivery be made?
Once an order is confirmed, you will receive a call from our service team to confirm your delivery date and time. We only operate on weekdays from 9am-5pm (except Public Holidays)
*Please note that your order will be void and refunded if it is not fulfilled within 2 weeks from the order date.
How long will the installation process take?
The total time to install your washer dryer will take about 1 hour, depending on your intended placement and location of your building (landed/apartment/condominium/lift access/staircase)

Can I view the product before buying it?
This Rent-to-Own washer dryer model is a direct brand to consumer Online Exclusive product, if you wish to see this product before buying, you may visit our Khind Customer Service Centre at Bukit Jelutong.
What kind of service is provided from this Rent-to-Own plan?
We provide scheduled cleaning services once every 12 months for our 36 month plan. Our customer service team will contact you for appointment booking. Cleaning services include levelling, clean inlet valve, clean drainage pump filter, clean detergent drawer, tumbler disinfection, and tumbler clean.
What kind of warranty covers in the Rent-to-Own plan?
Yes, this rent-to-own washer dryer comes with 3 years general warranty (for 36-month subscription) with a 10 year warranty on the motor (one time replacement only).
Can I pick up the product myself?
No, we do not provide this service. Our customer service specialist will deliver and install the washer dryer to your doorstep to ensure the product is in perfect working condition.
My washer dryer is not working, what should I do?
If your washing machine is faulty or having problems, please reach out to us via livechat at www.khind.com.my/R2O and we will assist you accordingly. You can also call our general call centre hotline at 1800-88-0032.
30-Day Trial Policy
|Within 30 days of receiving your product, if you are not satisfied, you may initiate a return. Let us know by sending and email to [email protected] or reach us on Whatsapp (+6018-223 3389) and your payment will be fully refunded once it is collected and checked to our satisfaction.
Please note the following terms and conditions:
- To be eligible, you must be a customer from SUBPLACE and been using the washer dryer for at least 14 days.
- To make the return request, send an email to [email protected] or Whatsapp (+6018-223 3389) with your order number and reason of return.
- We will contact you for an available pick up time. If unreachable, you may not be eligible for the return refund if it is after the 30-day trial period.
- Your pick up address must be the same as the delivery address that has been fulfilled by Khind. Currently, Khind's Rent-to-Own Washer Dryer WD1438 is only delivering within the Klang Valley region.
- This 30-day trial is limited to 1 washer dryer per household only.
- You will not be eligible for the 30-day trial period for any future orders on Khind's Washer Dryers. We identify such customers based on name, household address, phone number, email address, or any other relevant information.
- We reserve the right to refuse your return request if we believe that you are returning for reasons other than dissatisfaction with the product.
- The returned washer dryer must be in good condition, even though it will not be resold. If the washer dryer has been broken or damaged, you will not be granted a return or refund.
- If you are not at home during pick-up that is scheduled beforehand and our pick up team has to reschedule another visit, an additional RM150 pick-up fee will be charged as compensation.
