Q: Why

Red/Blue light blinking

when closing lid & unable to start the stirrer motor?

A: The lid is not closed properly causing the safety sensor triggered. Please close the lid properly until blue indicator light appear.

DO NOT overtighten

the lid until the body glass break apart.

Q: Why the stirrer only

turn on for 5s and switch off by itself

?

A: There is a

weight sensor

in the juicer. Please make sure

at least 200ML water

is inside to make the stirrer to keep turn on. The weight sensor is to prevent dry run of motor.
