Q: What is covered in my sonic toothbrush warranty?
A: Your sonic toothbrush warranty starts on the day of purchase and runs for 1 year. If your sonic toothbrush is defective during the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage such as scratches, or damage caused by:
Normal wear and tear
Misuse, abuse, neglect or alterations
Failure to take proper care of the product, including recharging
Use of non-original replacement parts or unauthorized brush heads
Repairs carried out by agents not authorized by AURORA D. Malaysia.

Q: Can I charge in short intervals throughout the week, rather than in one go?
A: We recommend that only charge when the battery is depleted.

A: Generally, when used as directed, the sonic toothbrush is safe and effective on receding gums or sensitive teeth. We also offer sensitive mode that is gentler on oral surfaces. If you have any concerns or experience any discomfort, please seek the advice of a dental professional.

Q: How often should I replace the brush head for my sonic toothbrush?
A: The brush head should be replaced every 3 months as recommended by dental professionals or earlier if it is showing visible bristle wear. A worn brush head will not provide effective teeth cleaning.
