- SAP is a computer flexible finance solution, tailored with a buyback policy to ensure you have a structured 3 years equipment refresh. SAP comes with our very own Smart Cybersecurity powered by Acronis to ensure your data & work is not compromised.

2. WHAT DAMAGES ARE COVERED UNDER SMART AGILITY’S 3 YEARS INSURANCE ?
-Our ALL Risk Insurance covers against fire, lightning, flood, theft, accident damage, water spillage and etc ( refer to agreement for details)

3. WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY IS PROVIDED UNDER THE SMART AGILITY PROGRAM?
-It comes with 3 years principal service and warranty.

4. WHAT IS SMART CYBERSECURITY?
- Smart Cybersecurity is powered by Acronis to ensure zero-day Malware and Ransomware Protection & Recovery. Real-time document protection, emerging threats, email -borne attacks and minimal downtime.

5. WHAT IS SMART MEMBERSHIP ?
All SAP customers enjoys our Smart Membership, which entitles you to enjoy: -1) Our complimentary courtesy unit when your unit is under service/repair for more than 3 working days. -2) Complimentary access to shared office workplace at WORQ and INFINITY 8.

6.WHAT IS BUYBACK POLICY?
-After your contract ends in the 3rd year, we have a buyback* policy on the devices at a cash-back value of RM600-RM1200 (*T&C apply)

7. WHAT IS SAMBONG FUTURE? (ESG)

-Sambong Future is our CSR initiative to sponsor computer access for underprivileged B40 students with a goal of expanding their digital literacy and to provide them with a better future. 

8. WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME-FRAME AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER?

-It will take around 6 - 14 working days to deliver your computer.
