Oganc TeaPol is a Green Tea Extract - TEA POLYPHENOL.

Normal health maintenance:
Take 1 capsule after-meal, 3 times a day.

Increase the dosage to 2~5 capsule at a time when blocking nose, itchy throat, sole throat, fever symptom rising. Open 1 or 2 capsules out of the increases dosage and chew the powder directly. Beware of bitterness.
